LARRY BLAHA MEMORIAL

Larry Blaha offered his talents to the Wagner Volunteer Fire Department for 21 years starting in 1984. During his fire fighting time, he completed the Chief duties from April of 1989 to April of 1991. Larry continued to help our community as an EMT from 1990 to 2000 and a part-time ambuance driver for five years. Larry will be remembered for the services provided to the City of Wagner, especially at Wagner Lake and the ball fields. He was a member of the Wagner City Council for three and half years and worked as a city employee for 13 years. It was truly an honor to have Larry as part of the Wagner Community. A Memorial for Larry Blaha has been placed in front for the Wagner Fire Hall where several current and retired fire department members joined to honor Larry with his Memorial. Photo by Barb Pechous
