Avon Lady Pirates held parents night. The only senior player was Heidi Cap, parents are Eugene and Linda Cap.
On Wednesday, March 4th the Wagner Rotary Club met at its usual time for its first meeting of the month. Attendance peaked at sixteen members with some absent due to vacation.
Funeral Mass for Elaine Mae Cihak, 97, of Dante, was Saturday, February 7 at the Assumption Catholic Church in Dante. Burial was in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Dante.
Jeremy Aungie, 40, of Wagner, died Friday, January 23, 2026 in Bruceton Mills, WV. Funeral services were held Thursday, February 5 at the Marty Community Center.
A Celebration of Life for Robert Altenburg, 78, of Pickstown, will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 12 at St. John Lutheran Church in Wagner.
Christine Terry, 52, of Omaha, NE, died Monday January 26, 2026 at Emerald Nursing and Rehab Mercy in Omaha, NE. The family is having a private viewing with cremation to follow.
