THIRD GRADERS RECEIVE DICTIONARIES

The Dictionary Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Their goal is to assist students to become good writers, active readers and creative thinkers by providing students a gift of their own personal dictionary. 2021 is the 25th anniversary of The Dictionary Project. To date, more that 33,000,000 people in all 50 states plus other countries have received dictionaries. At Avon Public School, the Auxiliary of Arthur Wissman Post 150 of the American Legion has again provided dictionaries for the 2021-2022 third grade class. Mrs. Loretta Knodel is their teacher.
