Red Raiders Fall to Madison The Lady Red Raiders traveled to Madison on Monday, Oct. 19th to take on the Bulldogs. Scores of the match were 10-25, 14-25, and 15-25. Senior Abby Brunsing led the hitters with 10 kills and Freshmen Shona Kocer added 7 kills. Macy Koupal dished out 18 assists on the night. In the back-court Oliva Breen picked up 8 digs while Avari Bruguier added 7. Bruguier also tallied one solo block in the match.
Read moreIt was time for another virtual tournament. This time the Wagner Interp team competed in The Harrisburg Tiger Interp Contest. The videos of the students were sent in and then judged by a panel of judges virtually. This tournament also offered the opportunity for the students to watch the other contestant’s videos and talk to the judges if they chose to do so.
Read moreIt is one of the toughest and largest meets of the year; The Sioux Falls Washington Circle of Courage Oral Interp Meet held on October 17th. Wagner had 12 entries in this meet, three of whom qualified for top placings. With all of our entries and overall placing from each entry, Wagner took 3rd in the Class A Sweepstakes. This is one of the first times Wagner has earned a ranking in their class at this particular meet. We could not be more proud of these kids!

Read moreLexi Schoenfelder and Peter Backes competed in the State Cross Country Meet last Saturday, October 24 at the Hart Ranch Resort by Rapid City. Isabella Brouwer also qualified for the Andes Central/Dakota Christian runners, but was unable to compete due to a hip injury. Lexi placed 49th in the field of 120 Class B girl runners with a time of 22:10 while Peter came in at 98th out of the 124 boy runners. Peter’s time was 20:47.

To earn dean's list distinctions in SDSU's colleges, students must have completed a minimum of 12 credits and must have earned at least a 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale. Students with an asterisk received a perfect 4.0 GPA.
