Read moreFor Andes Central/Dakota Christian (ACDC) senior, Nadia VanZuidam, this was both her first and her last year of cross-country. With this being her first year participating in cross-country, she did not really know what to expect. Nadia went out for cross-country with the goal of getting in shape during her off-season, but she did set goals for her cross-country season which included finishing every race, not getting last place and improving her time. At the beginning of the season, it took Nadia 30-31 minutes to complete a 5K. By the end of the season, she had shaved almost five minutes off of her time, which was a fantastic improvement.

Read moreThe Wagner volleyball team traveled to Parkston on Saturday, October 26th. In pool play the Lady Raiders faced Mount Vernon/Plankinton first and lost in two sets with scores of 24-26 and 17-25. Next, we faced Bon Homme coming up short in three sets 25-14, 23-25, and 22-25. In the last match of pool play we played Winner and fell short in three sets with scores of 2624, 23-25, and 15-25. The last match of the day was against Chamberlain and we won 25-6, and 25-10.
