WAGNER HOSTS ALEXANDRIA

On Monday, June 21, Wagner’s teeners played host to Alexandria at Jack Hennies field. The 14Us got off to a good start as Hunter Loeffler took the ball and sat down the Angels in order in the first inning. In the bottom half Wagner would strike for two after the first two batters were put out. Carter Cournoyer, Joey Cournoyer, and Javian Pesicka all would single to the load the bases. Cole Bergin then collected his first of three hits on the night as he knocked in two. This gave Wagner a lead that they would not relinquish as they went on to win by a score of 11-2.

WAGNER WINS 16-6 AGAINST AVON

On Tuesday, June 22, Wagner played host to Avon in one 14U Teener contest. It was a tight game most of the way until Wagner plated 10 runs in the bottom of the 6th to win by a count of 16-6.
