REGION TOURNAMENT BASEBALL RESULTS

The 14U teeners began their region tournament play in Humboldt on Friday, July 9. We traveled there to take on a team from Tri-Valley and were able to advance to the next round by forfeit as they showed up without birth certificates, which are a must have to play in the post-season.

JULY 3 PICKSTOWN WILDFIRE CONSUMES APPROXIMATELY 150 ACRES

The Wagner Fire Department received a call at 2:15 p.m. to respond to a wildfire just north of Pickstown, which was rapidly moving north towards St. Francis Bay. Wagner responded along with multiple other fire departments from Lake Andes, Ravinia, Geddes, LakeView Colony, Pickstown, Dante and Armour. Multiple other agencies and personnel assisted with traffic control, evacuations and water shuttles.
