The top twenty runners advance to state. Other runners placed as follows. Varsity Boys: John Fathke (23rd), Rance Kuhlman (31st), Trevor Eggers (39th), and Haden Cahoy (43rd); Varsity Girls: Maesa Kuhlman (31st), Mylie Bares (32nd), and Jordyn Voigt (39th).

Read moreOver the last few weeks, the volleyball team has had some tough competition against some very good teams.The team traveled to Centerville on October 14. Coach Cameron said, “The first two sets went very well. The girls are getting comfortable with their new rotation. They did a good job executing new plays. They passed and served well. The attackers had some nice sets to finish at the net.” The third and fourth set were a bit different. Cameron stated, “The girls came out a little too relaxed, and Centervile came out ready to play. In the fourth set it was challenging to get our momentum back, but we ended up winning the match in a close fourth set.”

"I wanted to take my choir kids to Mitchell to see this movie because they've been working hard to fundraise during their time in the department, and I really enjoy the soundtrack,” said choir director Autumn Schultz.
