The estate of Wayne E. and Jannien (Nugent) have donated $10,000 to the Wagner Public Library in memory of Ann (Broz) Nugent, mother of Jannien Nugent. Ann was born in Moville, IA in 1907 to John and Emma Broz. They moved to Wagner around 1910 where Ann later graduated from Wagner High School. Ann married Frank Nugent, living in Wagner at the time and then moving to Elk Point around 1930. Ann would be Bob Broz's Aunt.
