Read moreWork continues on the bridge replacement project for the US 18 bridge over a stream into St. Francis Bay. The bridge is being replaced due to being at the end of its expected lifespan and increased maintenance costs. There is also grading work being completed to improve safety and meet current roadway standards, and intersection modifications at the US 18 and SD 50 junction in Lake Andes. By squaring up this intersection, it will make it easier to see oncoming traffic and improve safety.
