The Wagner Oral Interp season officially started on Saturday October 2 at the Winner Warrior Oral Interp Meet. We have been fortunate to have been invited to this season opening contest every year. This is the perfect contest for our students to step back into Oral Interp and get a good feel for what the room is like to have an audience and a judge.

BLOOD DRIVE RESULTS

The LifeServe Blood Center blood drive sponsored by Wagner High School on Monday, September 27th, had a fantastic turn-out! 30 donors registered and 29 units of life saving blood was donated. Thank you to everyone that came out to help boost the LOCAL blood supply! The units donated at the blood drive can help save up to 87 lives! A special thanks to Charlene Soukup and the Wagner High School National Honor Society for sponsoring and hosting the blood drive.

Lawrence Schroeder, 87, of Sioux Falls went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, September 30, 2021, at the Sioux Falls VA Hospital. Visitation was Monday, October 4 at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory, Sioux Falls. Memorial services were Tuesday, October 5 also at the funeral home. Native American Day will be observed in South Dakota this year on Oct. 11th. The second Monday in October was known as Columbus Day until 1989, when the SD Legislature created Native American Day on the 2nd Monday in October.
