Due to current health concerns, private funeral services for Clifton Berndt, 91, of Avon were held Monday, November 9 at the Danzig Baptist Church, rural Avon. Burial was in the church cemetery. Peters Funeral Chapel in Avon was in charge of arrangements.

The anticipation of this meet was great and a very welcome one at that. The students all performed very well. They took the gift of having an audience and really allowed that to drive their performances to be the best they could be.
