Did you know that the Lake Andes Public Library supports a book club for adults? We meet once a month on the 4th Thursday at 4:30. Any interested person can join the book club. Merely call the library and get added to the list of book club members. If we have enough people wanting to join, we may start another book club which could choose a meeting time and place that works for them.

Read moreThe Avon Girls competed in the Gayville-Volin Softball tournament. The girls lost the first two games 17-4 to Gayville and 18-0 to Viborg-Hurley. The girls won their 3rd game by a score of 6-5 over Tri-Valley.
