SHARON GREGER

Funeral services for Sharon Greger, 77, of Wagner were held Wednesday, September 13 at the YST South Gym in Wagner. Burial was at the Holy Fellowship Episcopal Cemetery in Greenwood. Peters Funeral Home of Wagner was in charge of arrangements.

Sharon was born on February 22, 1946 to Dennis Huapapi and Susan Big Bear in Greenwood. Sharon went to school for medical coding, worked at IHS, and as a shift supervisor at the casino for many years. She married Alvie “Pete” Greger and stayed by his side until his death. She loved to go to bingo, gamble, play cards, and visit friends and family. She would often take her boys for cruises on the backroads and take them to skip rocks at the river. Sharon had a secret frybread recipe that she would never completely share with her family, but would always make on special occasions.
