Funeral services were 10:30 AM, Monday, October 17, 2022 at the National Guard Armory in Wagner, with mili-tary honors. Wake services were at 7 PM on Saturday and Sunday at the Armory. A prayer service will be 7:00 p.m., Thursday, October 27 at the United Church of Christ with visitation beginning at 6:00 p.m. Joyce Ellen Tichy, daughter of Emil and Frances (Davis) Youngbluth, was born May 6, 1936, in Wagner. She peacefully passed Wednesday October 19, 2022, at the Dougherty Hospice House surrounded by her loving family.

Hoksila Wa'Ste Joseph, 33, of Marty, died Sunday, October 9, 2022 at his home in Marty. Funeral services were Thursday, October 13 at the Marty Community Center in Marty. Burial was in St. Paul’s Catholic Cemetery in Marty. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements. Hoksila Waste Joseph was born on February 5, 1989 in Yankton to Orlando G. Joseph Sr. and Julia A. (Gonzalez) Joseph. Waste lived on the Yankton Sioux Reservation where he attended Marty Indian School through the 12th grade. He later went on to Job Corp where he received his GED. Waste worked for L.A. Gus Stop and at S&K.
