Read moreOn March 26th- 27th, Wagner High School Theater had audiences roaring with laughter as they presented their spring play, a pair of comedies: Help Desk and Action News! The cast and crew were thrilled to perform for live audiences in their newly renovated theater. The ensemble cast played multiple roles as they dealt with challenging customers who don’t feed their fish, wear socks for 180 days straight, and want the Mafia Help Desk to “take care of” their boyfriend! The tables were flipped as zany Help Desk employees posed as clowns, credit-card-stealing hippies, and IT techs who sell people viruses instead of protection software. In Action News!, 4-year drama award seniors Malcolm and Mikayla Janis played Jim Pickles and Babs Buttlebee, WOMG news anchors for the least accurate, most entertaining reporting you have ever seen. Just ask the grumpy old man, he’ll tell you.
