With the Wagner Labor Day celebration as the backdrop of the weekend, 59 cars signed in on Friday night with VonEschen Lawn and Landscape and Wagner Building and Supply presenting the action, and 61 joined the fray Monday for Season Championships, presented by R&R Excavating and the South Dakota Lottery. With titles on the line, both nights featured the Manthey Farms Sport Compacts, the Roth Custom Farming Hobby Stocks, the Ponca Valley Seed Sport Mods, the Butte Implement B-Mods and the C & B Operations of Wagner Late Models.

(August 13, 2020) – Hoegemeyer Hybrids is excited to announce the recipients of its 2020 Hoegemeyer Cares Scholarship: Ty Swanson from Central Community College, Hastings; Cole Betts and Macy Evans from Iowa State University; Hannah Ballard from Kansas State University; Vanessa Bohuslavsky from Morningside College; Rose Eitemiller and Taylor Eitemiller from South Dakota State University; Cole Bures and Landon Renli from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln; and Kyler Bullock from WyoTech. Each student received a $500 scholarship for the 2020-21 academic year to further their education and advocacy for the agriculture industry.
